The little rain that we had brought a beautiful sunset that was the perfect backdrop for those golden hour sunset pictures that are always the desire for anyones wedding day photography! It was a wonderful wedding day at the beach on Lake Michigan!

The wedding week was also spent on Carnival Cruise Lines Celebration ship, which is currently the largest in their fleet at has numerous activities to get involved in, including fun on a rollercoaster and waterslides too! Allison and Nick had their reception dinner at one of their wonderful restaurants and later in the week their goodbye cocktail hour in the piano bar that hosted amazing appetizers and drinks. We enjoyed fun the whole week on the ship and also had stops at the ports of Roatan, Honduras, Costa Maya, Mexico, and of course Cozumel. 

What an amazing wedding week with Allison and Nick and their sweet family and friends who embraced us as their people all week!

They also decided to have some golden hour photos taken on the beach the evening before their wedding day, right before their welcome dinner that was held in an amazing twinkle light studded grassy garden area. 

Dreams Macao has multiple pools, little swim up bars, amazing restaurants and food trucks, along with a children's water park and waterslides for big kids of all ages too, and we can't forget the lazy river that is so relaxing to float the day away with a Pina colada! 

From lush palms, a beautiful beach, and turquoise waters, this resort was the perfect location for Sarah and Gabes destination wedding! 

When you're thinking about planning a destination wedding, it's always a great idea to have an amazing Travel Agent to help you along with every step of the way. I was very impressed with Romance Travel Group, they were very responsive and helped us with every question we had making it stress free and easy to plan, I personally worked with both Heather and Shelli and would recommend them to anyone!

Hailey + Tylers wedding was in March, and just like their engagement photo session, it snowed a lot! We did go outside to capture a few photos in the snow, and those turned out so fun! Thank you Hailey for braving the snow and cold for those wedding photos that I am glad we got :) (even though you couldn't see!)

Famously known as the city of love, it was the choice for Tisarai and Kevin to say their wedding vows. A true destination wedding that required much research and effort on their part, this wedding couple held a true luxury wedding on the amazing Seine river which was hosted by the wonderful hosts on the Canauxrama. How amazing to see all of the iconic locations at night with their twinkling lights as the couple said "I do". The Eiffel Tower never ceases to amaze, however, once evening comes, the lights twinkle and it truly is a beautiful sight!

A Paris wedding photographer has an abundance of iconic places to choose from to capture amazing photos of the bride and groom! Traffic can also be crazy in this busy city so we could only go to a few locations, however, our wonderful driver helped transport us to some great spots! Stopping in our vintage car at a little coffee shop, photographing near the Eiffel Tower, and some other areas that just have the "Paris" look to them was just a treat!

Our wedding planners at Believe In Me (BIM) Events were top notch and the sweetest, most organized people you will meet, even bringing us coffee and croissants to start our early 6:45am morning where we began at the brides location for hair + makeup. I could not recommend them more! 

A ceremony and reception on the Seine river with dancing and toasts to end the evening was nothing short of spectacular! A wedding in Paris, France is a dream come true for those romantics who want an incredible day in the City of Love.

For Sojin + Sam's wedding week, I met up with the family and close friends for a little mini session on the beach, I highly recommend doing this the evening before if you can! We love meeting our couples in person and chatting about the wedding day to come!

Wedding day time! Getting ready and detail moments before the ceremony and photos really begin. As a destination wedding photographer it is my privilege and honor to accompany a couple on their special day and document all of their moments from the beginning of the day to the end!

When getting married in Cancun or eloping in Cancun, there are beach options too, however, I loved where Sojin and Sam chose to say "I Do".

DSC_8744 _DSC8680 As a destination wedding photographer, I have been able to visit many resorts and places! I love all the little spaces and spots that the Wyndham has to offer for intimate photos where there aren't a lot of people watching!

No matter where you go at Beaches Ochi, there are unique spots for photos! Steps, fountains, and plenty of tall palm trees to move around and capture the day by. As a destination wedding photographer I have been so blessed to document couples private and special moments in such beautiful locations, Megan and Jasons first look had me tearing up too as Megan walked around the corner through the palm trees to where her groom waited, scroll on to see some more images from the beach......

Beaches Ochi has a wonderful beach area, complete with a long dock to walk along and enjoy the evening.

Colorful sailboats make a lovely backdrop for some fun photos, and this was a fun couple!

Reception dinner time on the beach! The decor was amazing and the food was as well. Enjoying the salty sea air and having fun dancing on the beach was a wonderful way to end the day at Beaches Ochi, Jamaica.

The next day is was time for a catamaran ride to Dunns River Falls and some snorkeling and fun on the boat. I am so happy to have been able to tag along and photograph their fun! Destination wedding photography isn't just about the wedding day! We love adding in excursions too!

Wedding Ceremony in Cancun Photography The weather was just beautiful for their Cancun beach ceremony. I loved this little space that the Crown Plaza has set aside for wedding ceremonies!

Love sign Cancun wedding Their reception was set up to be on the deck by the beach and was beautifully decorated with this giant LOVE sign! We were able to enjoy some amazing food and take some photos before the rains started. Lauren, Dan, and their guests were wonderful and made the best of the crazy weather as we moved inside for their party. Sometimes with destination weddings you never know what the weather will bring, so, always have an amazing back up plan! Their Cancun wedding was nevertheless wonderful and I am so blessed tp have been their wedding photographer.

The next day we went on a catamaran ride, snorkeling and enjoying the sunshine for a trip to explore the La Isla Mujeres, and pretty little island with lots to do!

Cancun wedding ceremony It was a hot, partly cloudy day that brought in some sprinkles, and then cleared up for a beautiful evening that all could enjoy! El Dorado Seaside Suites gives the opportunity to have a photo taken with their sweet little donkey too!

Dawn and Jakes guests had fun enjoying games on the beach with cool drinks before they went inside to a delicious dinner served by the

wonderful staff at the El Dorado Seaside Suites. Of course we enjoyed taking photos around the property that offers little pathways that are framed by tall, tropical palm trees. The beach was amazing for those golden hour photos that were just magical! 

Dawn and Jake were adventurous and decided they, and their wedding party would cool off at the end of their day and jump in the pool in their wedding wear! What a truly fun was to end a beautiful destination wedding day! The Riviera Maya is such a tropical, private and beautiful place for a elopement or destination wedding!
